If an item is on pre-order an email will be sent to you regarding delivery. These times vary based on completion of the piece.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary. Mia Kingdom is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, lost or stolen packages, customs delays, or errors from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please verify all delivery details before placing your order.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has dispatched.

Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery and authorised before sending back. Use tracked delivery and keep proof of postage. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Condition requirements:

• Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from odour
• All original tags and packaging intact
• Securely packaged in original box
• In resaleable condition

Items returned damaged due to poor packaging or without authorisation will be returned to sender. Customers are responsible for customs duties on returns. Any outstanding charges will be deducted from the refund.

Non-returnable: Gift cards and sale items are final sale only.

Once an authorised return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 days to the original payment method.

You can exchange any item for a different size, colour, or store credit within 7 days of delivery. One exchange per purchase.

All items are quality checked before dispatch. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt—claims after this cannot be accepted.

Sale and promotional items are final sale and non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless agreed.
