Please allow from 14-21 days for production. We have included production information on each garment to assist you better. Every order is shipped within 1 day of completion of production via our delivery partner DHL. An email will be sent with tracking information when the order has shipped. It is advised to allow up to 25 days from placing the order to delivery.  

Yes! as we manufacture in our own studio, we are happy to discuss customising your MK piece. There may be additional cost involved depending on the garment, therefore please email hello@miakingdom.co to discuss further. 

Please refer to the garment page; as we have included size information for each piece in more detail. In more general terms, we advise you to order in the size you would normally wear in S, M or L. If still unsure, please email hello@miakingdom.coand we will be happy to assist. 

All sale items and custom pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. All garments go through 3 separate quality assurance checks and are signed off before dispatched. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty piece, please email hello@miakingdom.co and we will happily look into this for you. For more information on returns please click here.

We will be happy to exchange the piece for another size on the occasion that it does not fit on the proviso that the piece is returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, without odor and in saleable condition. If these conditions are not met, we cannot honor an exchange. Please email hello@miakingdom.co for any questions. 

We allow a 5-hour window for any made-to-order pieces to be cancelled. After this the order will be classed as confirmed. Due to the nature of custom-made garments, our team begins work as soon as confirmation has been received. Our heavier couture pieces can require up to 6 highly skilled individuals to complete a single piece. Hence, we cannot accept cancellation after the allowed window.
